3. Photo Specification: One recent passport size colored photographs with semi matt finish,80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)
4. Covering letter from Indian company with travel date and expenses mention (Note) letter should be address TO,THE VISA OFFICER.CONSULATE GENERAL OF CHINA.MUMBAI
5. Invitation letter from China on Company letter head  with full detail signature and stamp with travel date and expenses mention (Note) letter should be address TO,THE VISA OFFICER.CONSULATE GENERAL OF CHINA.MUMBAI.
6. In Bombay submition invitation by fax with fax no mentioned on fax copy is also accepted.
7. Personal Bank statement with minimum bal of 1.60 lac in Original, and even on original bank statement, the sign and stamp of bank is mandatory.
